Ridgeway View Family Practice patients can now cancel appointments by filling in the online form hosted on the “appointment information and cancellation” page, which can be found in the first row of our home page.

Please be aware that you will be sent a verification email after we process your cancellation so you can alert us that you cancelled by mistake or someone cancelled the appointment on your behalf without your permission.
