As we have entered the delayed phase of coronavirus (COVID-19) the surgery is providing a restrictive service in order to protect our vulnerable patients and staff.
All appointment requests will be triaged by a Clinician. Please ring 01793 812221 for a telephone appointment. If you have been asked to come to the surgery please ring the buzzer/bell on arrival. Face to face appointments where possible will take place at Wroughton Health Centre.
Please post prescriptions requests through the letter box at Station House Surgery or the post box outside the main doors at Wroughton Health Centre. We will make every effort to dispense prescriptions within 72 hours.
We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
In managing the coronavirus pandemic all doctor routine face to face appointments will be converted to telephone appointments. During your telephone consultation the clinician will assess whether you need to be seen and will make the necessary appointment.
For your safety and wellbeing, please DO NOT ATTEND the surgery. A clinician will contact you.
If you think you have coronavirus DO NOT COME TO THE SURGERY
