We have a new telephone system which should make it easier to get through to the surgery, by giving the caller a list of options in order to access the service they require more quickly and easily. Please bear with us over the next few weeks while we all get used to the new phone system.
Please ensure you select the appropriate option when you call the practice.
We have made some changes to the annual reviews of long term conditions such as asthma, diabetes and heart disease. All or part of the review will now be via the telephone and the date of the review will be aligned with the month of the patient’s birthday. This will make it simpler for everyone to know when the review is due and to make sure the repeat prescriptions match the review dates, but it may mean some patients will have their next review slightly later or earlier than usual.
All vaccinations will be by appointment only to ensure adequate social distancing due to the risk of COVID19. Please can patients wear their own face mask to the appointment. We are currently providing clinics for patients who are 65 years and over. Please can you telephone now to make an appointment if you fall into this age group.
We are OPEN with a new way of working. We are now operating a total triage system. Please ring 01793 812221 for a telephone appointment. (more…)
