Since the start of the pandemic we have been finding out about many government decisions and initiatives from the news channels at the same time that our patients have.
Each time there is an announcement, which often appears as an attention grabbing headline, the next day we become inundated with calls and some patients have become angry that we cannot be more helpful, because ‘that’s what they said on the TV / radio’.
When our phone lines become very busy with these calls, it means that it takes a long time to get through to us and creates delays for our poorly patients.
Please do not call us about covid vaccination certificates at the moment. When we have more information, we will share it with you. We are unable to offer you a certificate of covid vaccination, a vaccination passport or a letter to prove you have been vaccinated against covid-19. These proof of vaccination documents have not yet been developed and as such cannot be provided by your GP.
