THE SLOW AND STEADY WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAMME
Run by Theresa Moynihan – Health and Wellbeing Coach
Our new programme is designed to equip you with information and tools to support you on your weight loss journey. It is not a diet but a lifestyle change. If you sign up to the programme you will receive a Slow and Steady Weight Loss Guide, this will be posted out to you. It suggests practical ways to change behaviours and habits as well as giving ideas on healthier meal choices and snacks.
Each month there is a virtual drop-in session which has a focus. There is also an opportunity to ask our Health and Wellbeing Coach any questions that you may have. These sessions will be on the last Tuesday of every month at 1:30-2:30pm. The first session will be on the 30th August 2022
