Wroughton Health Centre

Station House Surgery

We are OPEN with a new way of working.

We’re continuing to operating a total triage system. Please ring 01793 812221 for a telephone appointment.

In managing the coronavirus pandemic and in line with NHS England Guidelines,  all routine  appointments will be telephone appointments. Patients will be triaged by a clinician who will deal with your needs in the safest possible way and if needed will offer a face to face appointment, where possible these will take place at Wroughton Health Centre.

Please only come to the surgery if you’ve been asked to do so, or if you need to collect a prescription.

If you have been asked to come to the surgery, please wear a face covering, sanitise your hands and register your arrival at the self-check in kiosk. You can then take a seat in the waiting area.

We’ve limited the capacity in the waiting area to a max of 8 people at Wroughton Health Centre and 3 people at Station House Surgery.

Prescription should be posted through the letter box at Station House Surgery or the post box outside the main doors at Wroughton Health Centre. We will make every effort to dispense prescriptions within 72 hours.
