Repeat prescriptions

Prescriptions

Patients may request a repeat prescription via the following three ways

  • Download the NHS App.  This is the best way to manage your prescriptions. The NHS App will give you all of the information about the prescription, including letting you know when it has been dispensed by your chosen pharmacy.
  • Send us an email detailing the repeat prescription items that you require, along with your full name and date of birth to: [email protected]
  • Post your repeat prescription counterfoil, or a written request, into the postboxes at Wroughton Health Centre or Station House Surgery

WE ARE NOT ABLE TO ACCEPT REQUESTS FOR REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS OVER THE TELEPHONE

Please allow up to 3 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) for your prescription to be approved by our Doctors.

Dispensaries

The surgery has one dispensary that makes medication available to both of our locations in Chiseldon and Wroughton – so our patients can collect them at their convenience.  We dispense drugs to those patients who live more than one mile away from a chemist.

For example, if you live within the radius shown HERE, unfortunately, you will not be able to collect from the surgery as you live within one mile of Jephson’s Pharmacy.
