We have now attempted to contact all patients in the following groups:-
Group 4 – Patients over 70 and all patients who are Clinically Extremely Vulnerable (have a shielding letter from the government).
Group 5 – Patients over 65.
Letters have been sent to all patients in Group 4 and Group 5 that we have been unable to contact. If you are in Group 4 or Group 5 and still require a Covid-19 vaccination appointment, please contact us on 01793 812221 during our usual working hours.
We politely request that all other patients do not contact us about booking Covid-19 vaccinations at this point. We are making good progress and will be in touch when it is your turn.
