On weekdays between the hours of 6.30pm and 8.00am, weekends and bank holidays (day and night) services are commissioned by Swindon PCT. Please call 01793 541111 for the Out Of Hours Service. Both surgeries are closed on August Bank Holiday Monday re-opening at usual times on Tuesday 31st August.

Both surgeries will be closed on Bank Holiday Monday, re-opening at 8am at Wroughton on Tuesday 31st August and at 8.30am at Chiseldon.
